REVAMPING THE MARITIME SECTOR OF NIGERIA

The maritime sector is a division of the Nigerian Economy that has to do with harnessing the potential of sea business. And this is of crucial importance to modern societies, Nigeria society being one. But the Nigerian public or society has a limited perception or awareness and appreciation of its influence and role it plays as an essential element in terms of social and economic development, and as a potential source of excellent employment and career opportunities. If they understand or know this, the Nigeria people would have been agitating for the revamping of the Maritime Sector of Nigeria.
